… stands for a modern HR philosophy and looks back on 13 years of experience in the Berlin start-up and IT scene. Her personal portfolio includes successful companies such as DailyDeal and Google as well as company builders Hitfox and Finleap – and even a steel mill. Katrin has already accompanied countless founders in the development and expansion of their business organization.
The establishment of sustainable and modern processes and structures along the entire employee life cycle are her hobbyhorse. Thanks to her passion for recruiting, she can count on a large network of digital experts and put together top-class founder teams or management boards in a very short time. Driven by her passion for HR and the start-up and technology scene, she founded Lisantix in 2017.

Thanks to her combined experience from Silicon Valley and Berlin, she has developed advanced processes that extend traditional methods of success and integrate elements from organizational development, systems thinking and behavioral psychology.
Arela provides strategic consulting, training and high-level partnerships for management teams to promote growth and productivity throughout their clients’ organizations.
Coach and Trainer
… advises on professional relationship management, stress management and resource activation. She is a recognised ITA coach (Integral Dance and Expression Coach) with a focus on burnout prevention and stress management in the context of general health care.
She accompanies people in taking a professional view of their relationships in everyday work and in designing work processes in such a way that they can be implemented in a philanthropic and cooperative manner. She is strongly committed to strengthening the role of women in management positions and to promoting their skills.
… is a master of the conception and implementation of sustainable HR and recruiting strategies as well as the selection of the right HR tools. As producer of the podcast Make a living, she deals with one of the biggest questions of today’s working life: How can you make a career without losing sight of your own values, skills and interests?
Linda has been active in the Berlin tech scene since 2014 and was appointed Head of HR at Leverton in 2015, where she built up the HR department from scratch and subsequently headed it for three years.
Design Thinking Coach
… does not believe in dust-dry coaching. Fortunately, because Design Thinking as an approach to the creative solution of problems and the development of new ideas is an exciting field per se – which James masters like no other. With fresh ideas and a knack for working with people of all kinds, he knows how to work close to the customer. James analyzes the individual needs of a company’s employees in razor-sharp detail and uses this information to create processes and workflows that take working together to a new level.
… is a born teambuilder. At Outward Bound Germany, she has recently been involved in outdoor education, adventurous learning and self-development – and has put her knowledge to work in cooperation with schools, social organisations and companies such as REWE, Bosch and Siemens. With great passion she coaches teams on the topics of further development and efficiency.
Rosa studied sports therapy and prevention at the University of Potsdam and sports and health sciences at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
… writes regular reports for some of the most influential German news media and has his own column on n-tv online. He knows that hardly anything can open people up and weld them closer together better than the right words at the right time. The good thing about it is that anyone can master the basics – in his writing workshop Julian shows how to do it.
… always keeps an overview. Her organizational talent was already in high demand in several Berlin start-ups: Claudia structured the entire sales back office at DailyDeal, built up the office management at Orderbird from scratch and later on, as personal assistant to the management at Thermondo, she supported the founders. She recently demonstrated her versatile talents as deputy head of department in the Philippines. At Lisantix, she can put all her skills to good use and pursue her passion for project management with full fervor.
Claudia completed her studies in Business Administration at the German Open Business School Berlin.
Working Student – marketing and community management
… studies International Business at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. She is currently enjoying her semester abroad at Macquarie University in Sydney. Entrepreneurship is her hobby, she gained her first marketing experiences with start-ups in Santiago de Chile and Berlin. At Lisantix Hannah will be responsible for marketing strategy and social media.
