Meet the L-Team
What are a personnel manager, a psychologist and a design thinking coach doing in a Kreuzberg meadow? Thinking about the future of work! That may sound like a joke with a poor punchline, but for us it couldn’t be more important. At Lisantix we believe that HR is about people and not just resources, and this mindset gives us the tools to support everyone’s full potential. Our interdisciplinary approach minimizes the risk of organizational blindness and helps us maintain the perfect ratio of expert knowledge and soft factors.
Become part of our team: We are always on the lookout for competent experts who share our vision and want to assist us with our mission. We don’t need to list them, you’ve clearly studied our homepage thoroughly and have a good idea of how we work. Still there? Good, then we’re probably a match! No matter if you are based in Sydney, Amsterdam or Berlin. Apply with your LinkedIn-profile and tell us exactly how you can support us or our customers with your expert knowledge.
